I CORSI PRATICI DI CUCINA IN FRANTOIO - MARZO 2017

Sabato 18 marzo 2017 il Frantoio Salvagno propone un nuovo goloso corso di cucina dedicato a tutti coloro che vogliono sperimentare e conoscere nuovi trucchi in cucina.
Lo Chef Eugenio Ghiraldi ci guiderà tra i segreti della buona cucina, per farci scoprire i prodotti del territorio tra semplicità e gusto.

UN SABATO NELL'OLIO 2016

Sabato 29 ottobre 2016 la Famiglia Salvagno invita i clienti per una giornata dedicata alla scoperta dell'Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva.
PROGRAMMA DELLA GIORNATA: dalle 9.00 alle 16.30 (ogni 30 minuti) visite guidate dalla raccolta nell'oliveto alla lavorazione nei frantoi, dall'imbottigliamento alla degustazione dell'olio... e tante curiosità su questo naturale "alimento".

SLOW FOOD - GUIDA AGLI EXTRAVERGINI 2016
Anche quest'anno abbiamo avuto il piacere e l'onore di essere menzionati sulla "guida agli extravergini 2016" di Slow Food Editore. Il nostro olio extra vergine di oliva Grignano è stato recensito a pagina 67 con questa descrizione: <Il Grignano si offre al naso con leggero sentore di foglia di limone e di agrumi. Lo sviluppo gustativo fa perno su una pasta morbida che lega gli aromi già percepiti al naso a un fondo dolce e leggero piccante che ricorda il pepe nero. Finale lungo accompagnato da un ricordo di erbe.>

Sabato 31 ottobre 2015 la Famiglia Salvagno invita i clienti per una giornata dedicata alla scoperta dell'Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva. Dalle 9.00 alle 16.30 (ogni 30 minuti) visite guidate dalla raccolta nell'oliveto alla lavorazione dei frantoi, dall'imbottigliamento alla degustazione dell'olio.... Finally the new 2014 Classic and Grignano extra virgin olive oils are on sale in all bottle sizes and boast excellent quality. However, given the heavy rain this year the quantity has been reduced. We advise you to come to our olive oil mill by the end of November to get our Grignano.

A SATURDAY OF OIL

On Saturday 25th November the Salvagno Family would like to invite its clients to a day dedicated to discovering Extra Virgin Olive Oil. From 9.30 am to 4.30 pm (every 30 minutes) there will be guided tours which include the harvest of the olive grove, the processing carried out by the mills and the bottling ending with an olive oil tasting….We are looking forward to seeing you!

Bruschettata 2013

We are looking forward to seeing you in our Frantoio on Sunday 3rd November for our traditional "bruschettata" when you can also taste the new Salvagno extra virgin olive oil and celebrate our 90th anniversary of oil producing tradition!

90th Oil Campaign (Campagna Olearia )

In a few weeks our 90th Oil Campaign will begin. From the end of October to the middle of December we are looking forward to seeing you in our Frantoio to help us in producing the new 2013 extra virgin olive oil. 

25th SANA TRADE FAIR 7-10 September 2013

The annual date with SANA, Salone dell’Alimentazione Naturale-Salute-Ambiente is imminent and is a fair where we have now been present for many years. On this occasion we would like to invite you to come and taste our organic extra virgin olive oil at PAD. 33 STAND F43.

06/11/2012 - BRUSCHETTATA 2012

Also this year, for celebrating our 89th Oil Campaign we will be holding our traditional Bruschettata on Sunday 11th of November.
You can come to the oil mill and experience the traditional cold pressing production technique used in our extra virgin olive oil from 9.00 in the morning until around 4.00 in the afternoon. We are looking forward to seeing you and tasting our new oil together!

23/10/2012 - NEW HARVEST 2012

On the 22nd of November, our 89th oil campaign started. You can find extra virgin olive oil nouveau harvested on Saturday 27th October at our sales outlet. Also Grignano oil nouveau will be available from April. We are looking forward to seeing you in our oil mill.
