- 300 gr. cold roast beef slices
- 40 gr. Salvagno green sauce
- 100 gr. fresh salad
- 50 gr. parmesan cheese
- Salvagno extra virgin olive oil
Wash and dry the salad. Put two slices of roast beef on each plate, crossing slightly and cover with small salad leaves. Season with a spoon of Salvagno green sauce. Cut the cheese into thin slices directly on the salad. Cover with other two roast beef slices, then other salad leaves and Parmesan cheese slices and a spoon of Salvagno green sauce. Continue until you finish ingredients and serve with a drizzle of Salvagno extra virgin olive oil.
